Driver Eligibility Requirements CapitalCareTransitions LLC To qualify as a driver for CapitalCare, applicants must meet the following minimum requirements: Age and Experience Must be at least 25 years of age. Must have a minimum of three (3) years of licensed driving experience in the United States. Driving Record (Within the Past 3 Years)No more than two (2) minor traffic violations. No more than one (1) at-fault accident. No more than two (2) negative points on driving record. No license suspensions or revocations due to moving violations. Major Violations (Disqualifying Offenses – Within the Past 5 Years)Applicants will not be considered if they have been convicted of any of the following offenses in the past five (5) years: Driving under the influence (DUI)Refusal to submit to a blood or breath test Driving in possession of alcohol or illegal substances Speeding in excess of 20 miles per hour over the limit Driving with a suspended or revoked license Reckless driving Speed contest or racing Any felony involving a motor vehicle (e.g., evading police, assault with a vehicle)
