No Shows and Cancellations:

- Payment: Payment for your trip should be completed at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. If a trip is booked less than 3 hours prior to the pickup time, any requested cancellations will result in immediate enforcement of cancellation fees.
- Cancellation Timeframe: To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 3 hours before the scheduled trip start time.
- Cancellation Fee: If a cancellation occurs after the 3-hour window before the first leg of the trip’s pickup time, a $50 cancellation fee will be applied. This fee covers administrative and operational expenses associated with the cancellation.
- No-Show Fee: In case the rider’s party is not prepared for pickup 15 minutes after the scheduled pickup time for the current leg of the trip, a no-show fee equivalent to the total trip price will be charged.
- No-Show Definition: A no-show is defined as occurring when the rider’s party is not ready for pickup 15 minutes after the scheduled pickup time for the current leg of the trip. Punctuality is crucial to avoid inconveniences and additional charges.
- Refunds and Disputes: Refunds for cancellations made within the specified time frame will be processed promptly. If you believe that a cancellation fee or no-show fee has been incorrectly applied, please reach out to our customer service within 7 days to discuss the matter and initiate a potential refund.
- Rescheduling: In situations where you need to modify or reschedule your trip, please contact our customer service as soon as possible to explore available options. Additional charges may be applicable based on the revised trip details.

Video Surveillance and Audio Recording:
For the safety and security of all involved parties, non-emergency medical transportation vehicles may be equipped with video surveillance and audio recording systems. When you make use of our transportation services, you acknowledge and consent to the following:
- Consent: By boarding the vehicle, you provide your consent to be recorded by video and audio surveillance equipment throughout your journey. This consent extends to all passengers present in the vehicle.
