Terms of Use

No Shows and Cancellations:

We acknowledge that circumstances can change, necessitating alterations or cancellations to your travel plans. When you make use of our non-emergency medical transportation services, you are indicating your awareness of and agreement to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Payment: Payment for your trip should be completed at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. If a trip is booked less than 3 hours prior to the pickup time, any requested cancellations will result in immediate enforcement of cancellation fees.
  2. Cancellation Timeframe: To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 3 hours before the scheduled trip start time.
  3. Cancellation Fee: If a cancellation occurs after the 3-hour window before the first leg of the trip’s pickup time, a $50 cancellation fee will be applied. This fee covers administrative and operational expenses associated with the cancellation.
  4. No-Show Fee: In case the rider’s party is not prepared for pickup 15 minutes after the scheduled pickup time for the current leg of the trip, a no-show fee equivalent to the total trip price will be charged.
  5. No-Show Definition: A no-show is defined as occurring when the rider’s party is not ready for pickup 15 minutes after the scheduled pickup time for the current leg of the trip. Punctuality is crucial to avoid inconveniences and additional charges.
  6. Refunds and Disputes: Refunds for cancellations made within the specified time frame will be processed promptly. If you believe that a cancellation fee or no-show fee has been incorrectly applied, please reach out to our customer service within 7 days to discuss the matter and initiate a potential refund.
  7. Rescheduling: In situations where you need to modify or reschedule your trip, please contact our customer service as soon as possible to explore available options. Additional charges may be applicable based on the revised trip details.

By using our transportation services, you acknowledge that you have read, comprehended, and agreed to these terms and conditions related to cancellations and no-shows.

Video Surveillance and Audio Recording:

For the safety and security of all involved parties, non-emergency medical transportation vehicles may be equipped with video surveillance and audio recording systems. When you make use of our transportation services, you acknowledge and consent to the following:

  1. Consent: By boarding the vehicle, you provide your consent to be recorded by video and audio surveillance equipment throughout your journey. This consent extends to all passengers present in the vehicle.
  2. Purpose: Video surveillance and audio recording are implemented to ensure the safety of passengers, drivers, and property, as well as to prevent and address any incidents that may occur during the trip.
  3. Privacy: We are dedicated to safeguarding your privacy. The recorded video and audio content will be treated as confidential information and will only be accessed and disclosed in accordance with relevant laws and regulations or as required by legal authorities.
  4. Storage and Retention: Recorded video and audio material will be securely stored and retained for a specific duration as mandated by local laws and regulations. Following this period, the recordings may be deleted unless they are needed for legal purposes.
  5. Access and Disclosure: Access to the recorded video and audio content will be strictly restricted to authorized personnel who require it for legitimate purposes, such as incident investigation, requests from law enforcement, or as mandated by a court order.
  6. Notification: A notice indicating the presence of video surveillance and audio recording may be prominently displayed within the vehicle to inform passengers about the use of this technology.
  7. Use of Recordings: Recordings may be utilized for the purpose of investigating incidents, resolving disputes, verifying claims, or enhancing the quality of our services. However, recordings will not be used for any other purpose without your explicit consent, except when mandated by law.
  8. Exceptions to Consent: In certain situations, such as when required by law enforcement or in cases of suspected illegal activities, consent to be recorded may not be necessary.

  6. Liability and Indemnity: While we take all reasonable precautions to ensure your safety, we cannot be held responsible for any loss, injury, or damages arising from accidents or incidents that transpire during your trip.
